Inspired by the childhood classic Alice in Wonderland, this harrowing and romantic story features teen zombie slayer Alice Bell who has lost so much—family, friends, her home.

Zombies stalk the night. Forget blood and brains. These monsters hunger for human souls. Sadly, they've got mine...

Alice Bell has lost so much. Family. Friends. A home. She thought she had nothing else to give. She was wrong.

After a new zombie attack, strange things begin to happen to her. Mirrors come to life, and the whispers of the dead assault her ears. But the worst? A terrible darkness blooms inside her, urging her to do very wicked things.

She's never needed her team of zombie slayers more, but ultra bad-boy Cole Holland, the leader and her boyfriend, suddenly withdraws from her...from everyone. Now, with her best friend Kat at her side, Ali must kill the zombies, uncover Cole's secret and learn to fight the darkness.

But the clock is ticking...and if she fails at a single task, they're all doomed.

My Thoughts:

THROUGH THE ZOMBIE GLASS was everything I could have wanted in a sequel and more. Holy hotness!! Gena Showalter knows how to keep me twisting and breathless until the very end and I am a most willing audience.

In this newest installment of the White Rabbit Chronicles the intensity and intrigue is cranked up to a fever pitch as Alice returns with the gang of bad ass slayers set to destroy whatever zombie comes their way. Yet, things quickly turn for Alice after a chance encounter and her world slowly begins to unravel and she begins to feel very, very hungry. She soon realizes that she is in a tug of war battle with herself and she is losing everyone and everything she loves unless she can find out how to destroy the evil blossoming within her before it's too late....tick, tock.

I adored coming back to this world that Gena Showalter has created. It is fast paced and exciting with some of the hottest zombie slayers around AKA Bronx, Frosty and Cole not to mention a whole new hottie that is just too wicked for words. My favorite is COLE! every time his jumps onto the page I am mesmerized and utterly held captive by those purple eyes. SWOON! Yet, despite my adoration of Cole Holland I have to tell you he seriously made me so angry at times I saw red, then he would do something else and I was a bowl of mush. I could not get enough of his interactions with Alice and I was more than eager to get down to the bottom of what was going on.  This all added to the steadily mounting mystery of who is the squeaky wheel makes for a very entertaining read that will keep you glued to your book until the very end.

Fans of this series will not be disappointed with this newest installment and I am kicking myself or not having read it sooner. It is just to yummy and wicked for words and you will be left hungry for more.
