Violet Eden is Grigori - part angel, part human. Her destiny is to protect humans from the vengence of exiled angels.
Knowing who to trust is key but, when Grigori reinforcements arrive, it becomes clear everyone is hiding something. Even Lincoln. The only thing Violet does know: Phoenix's hold over her is more dangerous than ever.
The race to find the one thing that could tilt the balance of power brings them all to the sacred mountains of Jordan, where Violet's power will be pushed to the extreme. And the ultimate betrayal exposed.

My Thoughts:

ENTICE is the second installment in Jessica Shirvington's Angel inpsired series.  Once I finished EMBRACE I was more than eager to continue with this series and was not disappointed. Fast, edgy and mysteries ENTICE is the perfect read if you are seeking something that will keep your interest from beginning to end.

This new novel hit the ground running and I was immediately drawn in as Violet, Lincoln and the gang welcome a group of Grigori brethren from the United States. While everyone gets adjusted to one another,  Violet tries to come to terms with her new status. She finds a friend in one of the newest members whom tends to rush in and think later. He is a welcome change, but her heart is with Lincoln.  Violet and Lincoln talk to another Gregori pair that may have all the answers that they are looking for, too bad a previous entanglement refuses to let her go.

ENTICE is a better read, quicker and grittier than it's predecessor. The world that Jessica has created is better explored and moves at a pace that is easy to follow and worth every moment spent reading it.
